Payment Terms

We accept CASH on delivery within Accra. We however do not reserve items/packages without payment.

Payment options accepted are MoMo, Cash and Crypto(USDT). However, we only accept cash or Momo on delivery. Crypto Payments will be made before delivery.

Delivery Terms

We’re strictly an ONLINE shop, hence we do DELIVERIES ONLY. No Pick ups. No Meet ups.

We deliver NATIONWIDE at a fee. Meaning deliveries come at a fee, unless otherwise stated.

Same day delivery is assured for orders placed before 3pm on that day. After 3pm, the order is automatically scheduled for next day.

Deliveries are done between 10am & 6pm daily except Sundays, which we are closed.

Returns

There is a return window of 5 working days, after which Returns are not accepted.

We ONLY accept returns when item is in Original state of order, or has a fault upon delivery.

We DO NOT offer refund in any form. We however do swap of items. In this case unless for a fault upon delivery, the customer pays for the new delivery costs to and from our warehouse, pertaining to the swap.
